To ensure a smooth and efficient rental process, we require a non-refundable application fee. This fee helps us verify applicants thoroughly before scheduling in-person tours. Since the property is currently occupied, this process ensures that we only schedule tours with serious and qualified applicants, ultimately saving time for both applicants and property owners.
Application Fee Notice
A non-refundable application fee is required for all applicants aged 18 or older. The fee covers the cost of processing the application, including background, credit, employment, and rental history verification. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. All information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable laws.
This application fee covers all background and identity verifications and remains valid for 30 days after submission. If your preferred property becomes unavailable, the verification can be applied to another one of our properties, so you won't need to reapply.A non-refundable application fee is required for each applicant who is 18 years of age or older. This fee is used to cover the costs associated with processing and reviewing the rental application, including but not limited to credit checks, criminal background screening, eviction history, employment and income verification, rental history verification, and administrative processing.
Payment of the application fee does not guarantee approval or acceptance of the application, nor does it create a lease agreement or tenancy. Applications are reviewed based on established rental criteria and in compliance with all applicable federal, Florida state, and local fair housing laws.
Application fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to denial of the application, withdrawal by the applicant, or approval followed by the applicant’s decision not to enter into a lease.
All personal and financial information submitted by the applicant will be kept confidential, securely stored, and used solely for the purpose of evaluating rental eligibility.
